This package includes everything in The Birth Package, but is only prenatal meetings 1-3, excluding meeting 4. This package is designed for second time parents or those who have postpartum experience.
3 Prenatal Meetings (1-2) hours each)
Continuous Labor and Birth Support
Immediate Postpartum Support in Hospital (2 Hours)
1 Postpartum Check in (1-2 hours, in-person)
5th Prenatal Meeting Add-On Available

Postpartum Support

Visits include:
Checking in and answering questions about your birth, recovery, baby, etc
Holding space for you to process your birth and transition into parenthood
Education about your baby and role modeling ways to care for them
Help with feedings (breast, bottles, pumping)
Baby care while you nap
Bathtime help
Tidying around the house
Help with laundry and dishes
Food prep
Animal help
Massage for sore neck and shoulders from nursing

Visits include:
Primary care for your baby while you sleep! I will bring your baby to you when it is time to feed and will take care of diaper changes, swaddling, and soothing.
Education about your baby and role modeling ways to care for them
Help with feedings (breast, bottles, pumping).
Light tidying around the house if able

Prices are calculated using the hourly rate.
